Oman Investment & Finance Co. SAOG (OIFC) performs the following services for the Public Authority of Electricity & Water (PAEW):
- Monthly reading of water meters using Hand-held devices
- Monthly generation and delivery of water bills to customers
- Collection of water bill payments at any OIFC branch across Oman
- Issuing of duplicate water bills and statement of accounts
- Reconnection of water services that have been disconnected for non payment after settlement of bills
