Oman Investment and Finance Co. SAOG (OIFC) is currently undergoing a merger process with Dhofar International Development and Investment Holding Company SAOG (DIDIC) by way of incorporation, effective from 1 July 2025. Upon completion, all rights and obligations of OIFC will be transferred to DIDIC, and OIFC along with its Board of Directors will be dissolved.
This merger represents a strategic step towards forming a larger, more integrated, and resilient entity capable of expanding into new horizons, diversifying investments, and delivering true added value to our clients and partners.
Throughout the merger process and after its completion, Khedmah will continue to operate and provide its services without interruption and with the same trusted quality, including bill payments, payment services, e-wallet solutions, meter reading, debt recovery, and other related services, all delivered by the same dedicated team.
